Ownership Apartments
Milanówek is a city in the Masovian Voivodeship, located about 30 kilometers southwest of Warsaw. This is exactly the place where we will launch our next residential development in Poland. The idea is to create a total of thirteen four-story buildings, surrounded by greenery and small-scale architecture, in three development stages.
The planned project is located in the central part of Milanówek, about two kilometers from the railway station and a commuter train station with service to Warsaw. A wide spectrum of retail and service amenities is available within walking distance of the site – one of our Vendo Parks being in the vicinity, for instance, along with park facilities, schools, preschools and other institutions.
