In Wrocław, Trei is developing a residential project called "Portamento", which is already its second residential project in the city. "Portamento" consists of a total of four residential buildings and will include a 700 square meters commercial area. Right next to “Portamento” is a loft complex that will house various restaurants, among other things.
Our project is located very close to the well-known "Park Wschodni", and the city center is easily and quickly accessible by streetcar. There are both new and historic buildings in the immediate vicinity, which gives the district a unique character.
