The Zollhafen in Mainz is evolving into an attractive residential area in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine. In the new, urban harbor district, the Lotsenhof with 95 modern, high-quality apartments was built on Hafeninsel III. Artificially created canals, the immediate proximity to the water and a green inner courtyard contribute to a high quality of living and recreation – in the middle of the city and close to nature.
The project was sold to an investor in 2022.
