The complex comprises 117 rental apartments along with an underground car park of 25 spots. The supermarket is leased to the EDEKA grocery chain.
The surrounding parklands and green areas, including the popular Mauerpark and Humboldthain parks, offer future residents a wide variety of leisure and recreational activities.
The project was sold to an investor in 2024.
